💸 All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our product (a personal care, skincare-based item), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

🔁 Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at admin@tallovate.com and we’ll help you out.
📬 Return Shipping (If Applicable)
If we approve a return or exchange (case-by-case), we’ll provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
